Sweden Rock Festival har släppt ett nytt band till årets festival där bland andra KISS och Rush är klara.
Bandet som ansluter sig är Heathen.

Heathen is one of the most original of the classic Bay Area thrash metal-acts. Their debut Breaking the silence (1987) distinguished itself with its strong melodies and the clean(ish) vocals of David Godfrey-White. Their second outing, Victims of Deception (1991), was a milestone in progressive thrash. Heathen went on hiatus for the remainder of the 90s, but 2010 saw them return with another strong album, The evolution of chaos. Now the fourth album is on its way, as well as the band’s SRF debut – as always with David White and guitar wiz Lee Altus (also in Exodus) at the front.
